Built on the values of excellence, integrity, and service, FHI was designed to provide practical healthcare classes that equip students with both clinical skills and professional confidence. Through small class sizes, experienced instructors, and strong community partnerships, students receive training that prepares them not only to pass certification exams but to succeed in the workplace.
Today, Favor Health Institute continues to grow as a trusted center for healthcare education, helping students build meaningful careers while strengthening the healthcare workforce in the communities we serve.
Leadership And Institutional Oversight
Favor Health Institute was founded by Dr. Eunice Momeh and Paul Momeh with a shared vision to strengthen healthcare through both quality patient care and workforce education. Together, we recognized the growing need for well-trained, compassionate healthcare professionals and accessible pathways into healthcare careers.
Dr. Eunice Momeh, a Doctor of Nursing Practice and Family Nurse Practitioner, brings extensive clinical and educational experience, ensuring that all training programs are grounded in real-world patient care, safety, and professional standards. Her passion for teaching and mentoring shapes the institute’s hands-on, student-centered approach.
Paul Momeh brings over two decades of leadership experience in technology, operations, and business management from organizations such as T-Mobile and the Royal Bank of Canada. As CEO, he focuses on building strong systems, sustainable operations, and innovative learning environments that support both students and healthcare partners.
Together, we will lead Favor Health Institute with a commitment to excellence, integrity, and community impact—preparing students not only to pass certification exams, but to become confident, ethical, and compassionate healthcare professionals who make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
