Paul Momeh is the Chief Executive Officer of Favor Family Medical Practice (FFMP) and Favor Health Institute (FHI), bringing over 20 years of experience in technology leadership, business operations, and enterprise service delivery. Prior to entering healthcare leadership, Mr. Momeh built a successful career as a Technology Delivery Manager, where he led large-scale technology initiatives for major organizations, including T-Mobile and the Royal Bank of Canada.
Mr. Momeh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Management Information Systems (MIS) from the University of South Florida (USF) and a Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems (CIS) from the University of Phoenix. His professional background combines strong financial management, systems integration, and process optimization skills, which he now applies to healthcare operations, compliance, and educational program development.
As CEO, Mr. Momeh is responsible for strategic planning, operational management, and technology integration across both the medical practice and the health institute. He is passionate about building sustainable healthcare organizations that expand access to quality care and provide career opportunities through workforce education. His leadership focuses on innovation, accountability, and long-term community impact.
Eunice Momeh, DNP, ARNP, FNP-C

Dr. Eunice Momeh is a Doctor of Nursing Practice and board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in primary care, nursing education, and community health. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree and a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Dr. Momeh began her healthcare career as a registered nurse, gaining valuable clinical experience in care hospitals and outpatient settings before advancing into primary care practice.
Throughout her career, Dr. Momeh has been committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals and families across diverse communities. In addition to her clinical work, she has served as a clinical instructor and preceptor for nursing and physician assistant students, helping to train future healthcare professionals through hands-on mentorship and education.
As a co-founder and partner of Favor Health Institute, Dr. Momeh provides clinical leadership and educational oversight, ensuring that training programs meet high standards of patient safety, professionalism, and workforce readiness. Her passion for teaching and healthcare continues to shape the institute’s mission of preparing skilled, compassionate healthcare professionals who will serve their communities with excellence.
